It consists of a 4mm diameter fluorescent tube inserted into a 9mm thick acrylic plate. This stand is designed to be placed on a desk or bedside window and used to gaze out into the outdoors. The brightness is dimmable, but at the lowest light setting the voltage is unstable and fluctuates, resembling a candle flame. It creates the atmosphere of some naughty experiment. By attaching the included attachment, you can fix slide photos in place and turn it into a simple viewer.
